Staging Your Home for Resale

Service Description

We will spend our time together reviewing the rooms in your home that need the most attention and what you can do to help get it ready for resale. These are basic tips and methods we use as designers that are specific to your home. For more detailed help for each room, you can book additional sessions. If you are local we can rent you furniture and accessories to update the look of your home. We are also available to stage your home for you. Please send us an email to inquire at interiors@roomantics.biz This consult is typically done in the client's home. Given the situation with COVID-19 or for Out-Of -State Clients we are also offering virtual design consults. It's most helpful if the client has a lap top or ipad that can be moved to show different areas of the space during this consultation if needed. We request you send us photos and fill out a questionaire prior to our meeting so you get the most from us during the time we spend together.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance We reserve our time for you and are not able to be with other clients at that time. Therefore, If you do not cancel within 24 hours you will not be issued a refund only a credit for future services. Upon the third cancellation we reseve the right to not issue a refund or credit for future services.
