"Anita immediately understood my tastes and desires. She blended the existing with the new brilliantly. She was immediately accessible and efficient. It was truly a joy to work with RoomAntics. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with the results."

"We never realized how important a comfortable, well designed, and aesthetically pleasing home office was till we hired Aliza. She along with the cabinet maker created a space that had nice architectural details with rich moldings and bookcases. Aliza took the room to another level by creating a warm inviting environment with beautiful accessories, window treatments, and a beautiful cover and pillows for the daybed. Her recommendations for the faux wall treatment were spot on and the rich color sets the tone for the room. We now find that we are more productive and comfortable when working from home and it is undoubtedly due to hiring RoomAntics to design our home office."

"Anita helped us every step of the way in the arduous task of remodeling the three floors of our home. She advised us in choosing paint colors, furniture, bedding, light fixtures, hardware, window treatments, carpeting and wood flooring. One of the most significant aspects of the project was removing an existing wall between the living room and the family room. As a result, the first floor of our house has changed dramatically. Light floods the space and our family room has doubled in size. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of RoomAntics Interior design assistance."

"Our kitchen looked very dreary, dated and boring. Our kitchen cabinets were good quality so we could not justify replacing them but we disliked our kitchen because it had nothing that made it special and it lacked functionality in some areas. Aliza had the brilliant idea of painting and glazing our existing cabinets. She integrated a few new cabinets and replaced some in strategic areas to create more space and functionality and we also added a new kitchen island. What Aliza did with the new tile, millwork, granite and light fixtures create a show stopping kitchen and are unprecedented! Not only did RoomAntics give us a kitchen that we love but our property value increased significantly. Like the saying goes "Kitchens Sell Houses"."

"Our teenage daughter loves the room Anita created just for her! She began the process by having our daughter choose the fabric for her daybed and trundle, a vibrant hibiscus pattern in mango, pink and white. Mango walls, white draperies bordered in pink grosgrain, an oversized oval mirror, painted vanity and a fabric covered bulletin board with great details make her room fresh and vibrant. An added bonus, since Anita created a space for everything, is that our daughter now keeps her room clean! So glad we hired RoomAntics and that Anita was able to make a vision a reality!"

"I recently downsized my home and was nervous about how my large furniture would fit into my new space. I hired RoomAntics to help get my new home in order. After the movers dropped off the furniture I never thought I would be able to enjoy my beautiful pieces the way I had in my other home. In particular Aliza's advice for the furniture placement in the living room was spot on and she helped me accessorize the room and it looks fantastic! She also helped me determine what items should be kept and thrown out and suggested where my new paintings should be hung. By the end of the weekend, visitors couldn't believe that I just moved in on Saturday morning. My furniture and accessories looked great and the beds were all made! I forgot to mention, I moved my expensive fabric window treatments from my last home and were able to make them work in the new house with a few tips from Aliza. If you are moving and are in need of getting your home in order quickly and beautifully don't hesitate to use RoomAntics but I equally would recommend any homeowner that just needs decorating services to use them as well."

"My husband is a general contractor and had used the services of RoomAntics many times. Late last summer, we put our house on the market, and we had Anita come by to give us ideas and stage the house. The house was a center hall colonial, two-story, with 4 bedrooms. We had done a lot of updates, and we thought it presented well, however it was not selling despite the excellent location, and fair price. RoomAntics did their magic! Anita staged the entire house, and when she said "toss it" I threw it out. With lots of clutter gone, and the mere rearranging of furniture, and pictures it made an unbelievable difference! Anita suggested I repaint the living/ dining room from a deep rose color to a soft cream color. I didn't want to do that but she insisted that it would make a big difference. As per her suggestion, I painted it.....what a difference, she was right! The valances were taken down and replaced with gorgeous claret panels. Each room and even our front porch and back patio she "spruced up" to its optimum potential. Gorgeous! The house sold after staging the house. "

"RoomAntics truly created a gorgeous home for us that we are so pleased with. We bought a nondescript condo that had great bones with beautiful windows and an octagon shaped living room. When we bought it, it was painted builder white and very institutional looking. Aliza helped us choose a beautiful color pallete of cream, aqua and taupe upholstery and luxurious silk draperies that upgraded our space far beyond our expectations. We had no idea what to do with our furniture in the beautiful but odd shaped octagon living room. With Aliza's expertise she turned this very difficult space into a functional beautiful space. She also helped us choose very unusual and gorgeous lighting fixtures. We had RoomAntics do our entire space and we love it all, but the powder room transformation was one of our favorites. Aliza had an artist paint large scale white apple tree blossoms and branches on rich brown walls for a unique hand painted look. Our condo unit is the talk of the building. Every time someone new moves in, they are told to come see our place. We love showing it off! Aliza has a taste level and talent that cannot be surpassed! We highly recommend RoomAntics Interiors!"

"Wrestling with where to begin and end with wall colors in our townhouse we hired RoomAntics. We were frustrated and decided we couldn't do it ourselves. We hired RoomAntics and Anita listened to our needs and wants, but more importantly listened to what we did not want. We are formal people and wanted our rooms to reflect that. We started in our kitchen where Anita choose our backsplash, granite counter top, floor tile, and furniture for the breakfast bar and dining area. She chose our favorite warm Tuscan colors and did all the legwork that we have found to be time-consuming and exhausting over the years. During one phase of the project, acheiving the desired faux finish of the master bath walls proved to be a real challenge. Anita stepped in and finished the faux finish beautifully. She's a wonderful "hands-on" designer!"

"I own two yogurt stores in uptown Charlotte, NC. During the planning phase of the first store, I hired an architect who did a wonderful job creating a space that flowed and is architecturally interesting. However, the space needed color to create atmosphere and warmth. After finding RoomAntics Interiors, I was confident they could help me achieve my goals. I knew that I wanted to use blue and greens but my business partner wanted orange and greens. Aliza helped me realize that blues would be the way to go. We ended up choosing icy blues and greens that work great for a frozen yogurt store and helped brand us. There are literally hundreds of shades of blue and green so it was a difficult task for me to pick out by myself. Aliza made it easy; she went with me to pick out the glass tile for the walls and seamlessly picked out three paint color pallets for me to choose from. Once I narrowed it down, with help from Aliza, she was on to the next phase of figuring out where each color would go using the different shades of blue and greens to highlight different areas of the store. A seamless green stripe goes through the store and draws your eyes past each of the yogurt machines where we highlight the flavors on flavor cards. A pole in the middle of the store is highlighted by the same stripe and a counter was affixed to the pole to make it useable space rather than wasted space. Everything flows. Aliza also helped me with ideas of how the fruit and yogurt cups should be painted on the wall and gave me recommendations for muralists. We loved the look so much we used the same look for the second location and will continue to do so as we expand as the colors have become synonymous with our brand."
